LOCAL Voice Alarm System
Local Voice Alarm System - this system works in cooperation with Fire Alarm System. It has lots of fire alarm lines with fire or smoke detectors in each room. In case of fire detector sends an emergency information to Fire alarm station. Station identifies room and a floor with fire area, and selects only one alarm wayout according to this fire alarm line. Then station send command signal through this output - it can be relay connection or "open collector" signal.
VAS-Control unit receives command signal from Fire Alarm System and then automatically activates recording voice information, sends it to speakers by special PA algorithm and switch on alarm light (lamps).
- With the first message VAS system informs staff only about fire emergency.
- The second message VAS system sends to the emergency floors - floor with fire area and floors up on it.
- The final stage - sending information to all floors.
VAS-Control unit can receive command signal by port RS-485, but it need to mate protocols between Fire Alarm System and Voice Alarm System.
